Casio Unveils Next Hit in Summer G-Shock Collection

Casio has exciting news for watch enthusiasts in Japan: the sleek and innovative G-Shock BGA-2800K-7A is set to debut this August. This model is part of Casio’s 2025 Love The Sea And The Earth collection, created in collaboration with ICERC Japan, dedicated to oceanic conservation.

This stunning timepiece boasts a light blue and white color scheme, drawing inspiration from the finless porpoise. Its round design features a durable resin casing and strap, adorned with the ICERC Japan logo and an engraved Love The Sea And The Earth motif on the caseback. A unique blue in-dial ring represents a bubble, adding to its aquatic theme.

The BGA-2800 series is packed with features, offering radio-controlled accuracy with Multiband 6 technology. It provides world time for 48 cities and includes a Home City Time swap function. The watch also comes equipped with a countdown timer, a 1/100th second stopwatch, and five daily alarms. An LED backlight ensures visibility in the dark, and its fully automatic calendar is a boon for busy lifestyles. Water resistance up to 10 ATM and Tough Solar charging make this watch as practical as it is stylish.

Priced at ¥25,300 (approximately $171), the Casio G-Shock Baby-G BGA-2800K-7A will launch alongside its counterpart, the GW-6905K-7A, on August 1st in Japan. While its release in other regions remains uncertain, this model is sure to capture attention with its environmentally conscious design and robust features.
