Casio Unveils 2026 G-Shock x ICERC “Love The Sea and The Earth” Watches in Striking Skeleton Blue
Casio has officially introduced its 2026 G-Shock x ICERC Japan “Love The Sea and The Earth” collection, and this year’s lineup brings a fresh ocean-inspired look to two popular G-Shock models. Created to celebrate ICERC Japan’s 35th anniversary, the new release includes the premium Frogman GW-8202K-2 and the more affordable CasiOak GA-B2100KB-2A.
The annual collaboration between Casio and ICERC Japan has become a favorite among G-Shock collectors, especially for those who appreciate watches with a conservation-focused story. ICERC Japan is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting whales, dolphins, and marine environments, and Casio’s “Love The Sea and The Earth” series continues to highlight that mission through special-edition designs.
For 2026, both watches arrive in a translucent blue theme inspired by the surface of the sea. The effect gives the models a clean, aquatic appearance while staying true to the rugged personality that defines the G-Shock lineup. Both are expected to launch in early June.
The standout model is the Casio G-Shock Frogman GW-8202K-2, priced at around $540 based on its Japanese retail price of 85,800 yen. Built on the GW-8200 Frogman platform, this model is designed with serious diving in mind. The semi-transparent light blue bioplastic case and strap create a water-like visual effect, while the titanium bezel helps reduce weight and improve corrosion resistance.
As with previous Frogman watches, the GW-8202K-2 features an asymmetric case shape designed to support wrist movement while diving and to fit more comfortably over wetsuits. It also includes a screwback case and meets ISO 6425 standards for 200-meter water resistance, making it more than just a stylish collector’s piece.
The Frogman model includes Tough Solar charging, Dive Time mode with underwater log tracking, tide graph, moon phase display, world time, stopwatch, countdown timer, and alarm functions. One of the most charming details is the backlight animation, which reveals a leaping whale on the display. The caseback also features a special engraved “Love The Sea and The Earth” design, tying the watch directly to the marine conservation theme.
The second watch in the collection is the Casio G-Shock GA-B2100KB-2A, priced at around $180 based on its Japanese price of 29,150 yen. This model is based on the popular GA-B2100 “CasiOak” platform and offers a more accessible entry into the 2026 collaboration.
Measuring 48.5 × 45.4 × 11.9 mm, the GA-B2100KB-2A uses Casio’s Carbon Core Guard structure for durability while keeping the case relatively slim and lightweight. Its translucent blue strap fades from nearly clear near the case to a deeper blue toward the buckle, giving it a smooth ocean-gradient look.
Casio also added several playful design touches to this model. The mode hand is shaped like a whale, a small but memorable tribute to the collaboration’s theme. Azure text accents on the dark dial add contrast and help reinforce the sea-inspired design. Despite being the more affordable watch of the pair, the GA-B2100KB-2A still includes Bluetooth connectivity and Tough Solar charging, making it a practical everyday G-Shock as well as a collectible release.
Both 2026 G-Shock x ICERC models will come with special packaging, including a cardboard box and a cotton storage pouch. With their skeleton blue styling, ocean-focused details, and connection to ICERC Japan’s 35th anniversary, the Frogman GW-8202K-2 and CasiOak GA-B2100KB-2A are likely to attract both G-Shock fans and collectors of limited-edition Casio watches.
For anyone looking for a summer-ready G-Shock with a meaningful conservation theme, the 2026 “Love The Sea and The Earth” collection delivers two strong options: a professional-grade Frogman for diving enthusiasts and a stylish solar Bluetooth CasiOak for daily wear.
