New Compact Casio G-Shock GMA-P2110B Watches Surface With Slim Metal Ring Design
Casio appears to be preparing two new additions to its compact G-Shock GMA-P2110 lineup, with early retail information pointing to an August release. The unannounced models, listed as the GMA-P2110B-1A and GMA-P2110B-5A, have appeared through a Vietnamese retailer ahead of any official confirmation from Casio.
The GMA-P2110 series is known for combining the tough, recognizable G-Shock octagonal case shape with a smaller, more wearable profile. These upcoming versions continue that formula while adding a clean, monochrome style and the slim metal ring set into the bezel, one of the signature design details of the line.
The GMA-P2110B-1A is expected to arrive in an all-black finish, giving it a stealthy and versatile look suited for everyday wear. The GMA-P2110B-5A takes a warmer approach with an earthy brown color scheme, including a matching bezel and dial. The retailer description reportedly presents the design as urban and refined, suggesting Casio is aiming these models at buyers who want a rugged watch with a more polished appearance.
Both watches are said to use bio-based resin for the bezel and band, continuing Casio’s move toward more sustainable materials across select G-Shock models. The watches retain the compact case dimensions of the current GMA-P2110 range, measuring approximately 46.0 x 40.5 x 11.3 mm and weighing around 37 grams. That keeps them slim and lightweight compared with many full-size G-Shock watches, making them a strong option for smaller wrists or anyone who prefers a less bulky fit.
Inside, the new G-Shock GMA-P2110B models are listed with Casio’s 5730 module, the same module used in existing GMA-P2110 watches. Expected features include a 1/100-second stopwatch, a 24-hour countdown timer, five daily alarms, an hourly time signal, and a full auto-calendar programmed until 2099.
The watches should also include world time support for 31 time zones across 48 cities, making them practical for travel or tracking time in different regions. A hand-shift function is also included, allowing the analog hands to move out of the way so the small digital display can be read more easily.
Power is expected to come from a CR1025 battery with an estimated life of around three years. Accuracy is listed at approximately ±15 seconds per month, which is typical for this class of Casio quartz movement.
While the early listing gives a strong preview of what to expect, Casio has not yet officially announced the GMA-P2110B-1A or GMA-P2110B-5A. That means the August release window, final specifications, and pricing should still be treated as unofficial until the company confirms the launch.
