Casio is bringing a fresh face to its Edifice lineup with the EFV-C120D-1A4, now listed on the brand’s UK site. This analog-digital “metal hybrid” watch mixes everyday practicality with a sporty style, pairing a silver-tone stainless steel case and bracelet with a black dial and bold red accents. It’s also slimmer than the older EFV-C110, giving it a cleaner profile on the wrist.
Built for wear-and-forget convenience, the EFV-C120D-1A4 runs on a CR2025 coin-cell battery with an expected 10-year lifespan. The stainless steel case measures 49.5 x 45.5 x 13.7 mm, is water resistant to 100 meters, and comes fitted with a sturdy one-touch 3-fold clasp. The analog hands keep time to within ±30 seconds per month, while inset digital displays show the date and day for quick checks at a glance.
Frequent travelers and timekeeping nerds will appreciate the world time function covering 30 cities, complete with a Daylight Saving Time toggle. Timing tools include a 1/100-second stopwatch, a 24-hour countdown timer, and three daily alarms. There’s even a Telememo feature for storing up to 30 phone numbers, each with an eight-character name tag—an old-school convenience that still comes in handy when your phone isn’t.
Casio has yet to confirm a UK release date or final price for the EFV-C120D-1A4. For reference, related models in the EFV-C120 series have retailed around £99.90 in the UK, which gives a ballpark idea of where this one could land. Wider availability, including a potential US release, remains to be seen.
