Casio has officially brought two fresh Edifice EFB-730 watches to the US, giving fans of sporty, car-inspired timepieces a new reason to look twice. The newly released models, the Casio Edifice EFB730D-2BV and EFB730D-3AV, previously launched across select European markets in late 2025. Now they’re finally showing up stateside, though availability is currently limited.
At the moment, the Casio online store in the US is listing both versions with a $165 retail price. That price matches other watches in the same Edifice family, but Casio hasn’t confirmed exactly how many units are available—so anyone interested may want to act while stock is still on hand.
The Edifice EFB-730 series is designed with classic sportscar design cues in mind, and that influence shows up most clearly on the dial. The watch has a bold, “sporty” layout with three subdials positioned at 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock, and 9 o’clock. One subdial tracks time in a 24-hour format, while the other two are dedicated to stopwatch minutes and seconds for timing functions. Along with the chronograph-style layout, the watch keeps things practical with three main hands for hour, minute, and seconds, plus an easy-to-read date window for everyday wear.
Color is the main differentiator between the two new releases. The Casio Edifice EFB730D-2BV features a blue dial paired with navy-toned subdials, creating a crisp, sporty contrast. The Casio Edifice EFB730D-3AV goes in a more distinctive direction with a light green dial and darker green accents, offering a standout look that still feels refined and wearable.
Both watches share the same core build and materials: a silver-colored stainless steel case and bezel, paired with a matching stainless steel bracelet. The bracelet uses a one-touch, three-fold clasp designed for quick, secure fastening. For durability, Casio includes a sapphire crystal to help resist scratches, along with a screw-lock caseback to reinforce the structure.
In terms of everyday toughness, the Edifice EFB-730 watches are water-resistant to 100 meters, making them suitable for daily use and most water activities short of serious diving. Power comes from an SR920SW battery, with an estimated battery life of about three years, keeping maintenance simple and infrequent.
With limited US stock and two eye-catching dial options, the Casio Edifice EFB730D-2BV and EFB730D-3AV offer a clean mix of sport-inspired design, chronograph functionality, and durable materials at a mid-range price point.
