Casio Debuts Three Solar-Powered G-Shock Watches with Bluetooth in the US

Casio G-Shock Gravitymaster GWR-B3000 Series Arrives in the US With Tough Solar, Bluetooth, and Triple G Resist

Casio has expanded its premium G-Shock lineup in the United States with the launch of the Gravitymaster GWR-B3000 series. Designed with pilots and frequent travelers in mind, the new collection brings rugged construction, advanced timekeeping features, and a bold aviation-inspired design to the US market.

The new G-Shock Gravitymaster GWR-B3000 range includes three models: the GWR-B3000-1A, GWR-B3000-2A, and GWR-B3000-8A. Pricing starts at $880 for the GWR-B3000-1A, rises to $990 for the GWR-B3000-2A, and reaches $1,100 for the GWR-B3000-8A. While the models are now listed by Casio in the US, availability details have not yet been confirmed. Shoppers interested in purchasing one can sign up for notifications through Casio’s official product pages.

Each watch in the GWR-B3000 series measures 14.1 mm thick and weighs approximately 102 grams, giving it a sturdy yet wearable profile. Although the three models share the same core design and technology, each version has its own distinct look.

The GWR-B3000-1A features a black dial paired with a silver-finished metal bezel, creating a classic high-contrast style. The GWR-B3000-2A adds a sportier look with a blue dial, while the GWR-B3000-8A offers a more unified design with a matching dial, strap, and bezel.

Built for durability, the Gravitymaster GWR-B3000 watches use carbon fiber-reinforced resin and stainless steel cases. This combination keeps the watches strong while helping reduce weight, an important detail for a model aimed at aviation professionals and adventure-focused users.

The dial layout includes three analog hands, a date window, and three subdials positioned at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock. Despite the analog appearance, the GWR-B3000 series includes many of the smart and practical functions usually associated with digital G-Shock models.

Key features include dual time, world time covering 300 cities, a 1-second stopwatch, hourly time signal, phone finder, Bluetooth connectivity, and integration with Casio’s smartphone app. This allows users to access convenient time adjustment and travel-related functions while keeping the traditional analog G-Shock style.

One of the standout tools is the flight log function. This feature lets users record travel-related data such as transit points, departure locations, home destinations, and other route information. For pilots, frequent flyers, and travelers, this adds a useful layer of functionality beyond standard timekeeping.

As part of the Gravitymaster family, the GWR-B3000 series also includes Triple G Resist protection. That means the watches are built to withstand shock, vibration, and centrifugal force, making them suitable for demanding environments.

The watches also support Multiband 6 radio-controlled timekeeping, helping maintain accurate time by receiving calibration signals in supported regions. Casio’s Tough Solar charging is included as well, allowing the watches to run on light exposure and reducing the need for regular battery replacements.

Additional features include an LED light, full auto calendar programmed through the year 2099, and 200-meter water resistance. This makes the GWR-B3000 series suitable not only for aviation use but also for outdoor activities, daily wear, and travel.

With its combination of carbon-reinforced construction, solar charging, Bluetooth connectivity, radio-controlled accuracy, and aviation-focused tools, the Casio G-Shock Gravitymaster GWR-B3000 series is positioned as a premium option for users who want a tough analog watch with modern functionality.
