Previously only accessible from the BIOS, this gaming feature can now be activated directly via the Windows AORUS AI Snatch software, streamlining the process with just a few clicks.
With a recent announcement, Gigabyte revealed that users can enhance their gaming performance using the AORUS AI Snatch without needing to dive into the BIOS. This user-friendly method involves a straightforward procedure within the software:
1. Run a live update on the Gigabyte Control Center to get the latest version of the AORUS AI Snatch software.
2. Look for the flag icon situated in the lower-left corner of the interface.
3. Click on the flag icon to enable the X3D Turbo Mode.
4. Confirm the selection when a pop-up appears by clicking “OK.”
5. The system will then restart to implement the changes.
Once the system reboots, these performance enhancements come into effect. However, if users decide to disable the feature, they simply need to select the “Discard” option in the app. It’s important to note that this isn’t a feature meant for on-the-go activation, as a system restart is necessary for any changes to take effect.
X3D Turbo Mode stands out as Gigabyte’s unique feature designed to optimize CPU parameters for gaming, focusing CPU cores on gaming applications.
