Acer Swift Edge 14 launches internationally with a 120Hz OLED display and ultra-light design
Acer has expanded the availability of its new Swift Edge 14, bringing the lightweight 14-inch laptop to several Asian markets, including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. The latest model focuses on portability, premium display quality, and modern Intel performance, making it a strong option for users who want a slim laptop for work, travel, and everyday productivity.
One of the biggest highlights of the Acer Swift Edge 14 is its remarkably light chassis. Despite packing a 65 Wh battery, the laptop weighs just 990 grams, making it easy to carry in a backpack or handbag. This makes it especially appealing for students, frequent travelers, remote workers, and professionals who need a capable machine without extra bulk.
Acer is offering the Swift Edge 14 in multiple configurations depending on the market. In Hong Kong and Singapore, the entry model comes with an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor, 16 GB of RAM, and 512 GB of storage. This version is priced at HKD 10,998 in Hong Kong and SGD 2,599 in Singapore, which is roughly around $2,050.
Another configuration has also appeared in Malaysia and Singapore with the same Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor and 16 GB of RAM, but with a larger 1 TB storage drive. This model is priced at MYR 5,899 in Malaysia and SGD 2,699 in Singapore, which converts to approximately $1,460 and $2,125 respectively.
For users who need more memory and stronger performance, Acer is also offering a higher-end Swift Edge 14 model with 32 GB of RAM, 1 TB of storage, and an Intel Core Ultra 7 355 processor. This version is currently listed at MYR 6,999 in Malaysia and SGD 3,099 in Singapore, or about $2,440.
Across all configurations, the Swift Edge 14 features a sharp 1800p OLED display. The panel offers a 120 Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals, along with up to 500 nits of peak brightness. This should make the laptop well suited for productivity, streaming, browsing, and creative tasks where color quality and display sharpness matter.
The combination of an OLED screen, Intel Core Ultra processors, up to 32 GB of RAM, and a sub-1 kg body gives the Acer Swift Edge 14 a compelling position in the premium lightweight laptop category. It is designed for buyers who want strong everyday performance without sacrificing portability or display quality.
With its international rollout now underway, the Acer Swift Edge 14 could attract users looking for a slim 14-inch OLED laptop with modern specs, long-lasting battery capacity, and a travel-friendly design.
