Acer Unveils TravelMate P4 and P2 Copilot+ Business Laptops Powered by Intel vPro Core Ultra 300 Processors

Acer is refreshing its TravelMate business laptop lineup for 2026 with new AI-ready models built around Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors and Intel vPro technology. The new range targets professionals who want modern security, fast connectivity, and Windows Copilot+ features in slim, office-friendly designs.

The updated family includes four laptops: the 14-inch TravelMate P4 14 AI, the 14-inch TravelMate P4 Spin 14 AI, the 14-inch TravelMate P2 14 AI, and the 16-inch TravelMate P2 16 AI. Across the board, Acer is positioning these systems as enterprise-grade machines with a strong focus on AI-enhanced productivity and communication, pairing Windows Copilot+ compliance with AI-powered videoconferencing tools.

Connectivity and business essentials are a major theme here. The new TravelMate models offer Thunderbolt 4 ports, Wi‑Fi 7, fingerprint sensors, and Intel vPro features designed for business manageability and security. Acer also highlights multi-display support: the TravelMate P4 models can run up to three external 4K monitors using dual USB‑C plus HDMI, which is a practical upgrade for desk setups and hybrid workstations.

The TravelMate P4 14 AI and TravelMate P4 Spin 14 AI get a redesigned aluminum chassis, aiming for a thinner and lighter feel than the previous generation. The standard P4 14 AI is especially portable at just 1.19 kg, making it a strong fit for frequent travel. Both P4 variants can be configured with either a 1920 x 1200 IPS panel or a sharper 2880 x 1800 IPS option, along with backlit keyboards for everyday productivity.

For buyers who want flexibility, the TravelMate P4 Spin 14 AI stands out as the only convertible in the new group. It adds a 360-degree touchscreen design and includes a garaged stylus, which should appeal to professionals who take handwritten notes, annotate documents, or present in meeting rooms.

The TravelMate P2 14 AI and TravelMate P2 16 AI focus on balancing performance with battery life. These models support fast charging that can refill the battery up to 80% in about an hour, which is useful for busy days with limited downtime. Their displays are IPS panels capped at 1920 x 1200 resolution, and Acer says optional LTE modules will be available on the P2 models for those who need connectivity on the go without relying on Wi‑Fi.

On the hardware side, Acer is offering a broad selection of Intel Core Ultra processors depending on the model. All models except the convertible can be configured with up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 365, and selectable options include Core Ultra 7 365 / 356H / 355, or Core Ultra 5 332 / 322. The TravelMate P4 Spin 14 AI also supports Core Ultra 5 335 / 325 configurations, while skipping the Core Ultra 5 332 option. Memory goes up to 64 GB of DDR5 RAM, and storage choices include 256 GB, 512 GB, and up to 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs across the lineup.

Pricing hasn’t been announced yet, but Acer has shared availability timing by region. The TravelMate P4 14 AI, TravelMate P4 Spin 14 AI, and TravelMate P2 16 AI are scheduled to launch in North America in June 2026, in EMEA in June 2026, and in Australia in May 2026. The TravelMate P2 14 AI arrives in North America in June 2026, in EMEA in May 2026, and in Australia in May 2026.

With Copilot+ readiness, Wi‑Fi 7, Thunderbolt 4, vPro security, and configurations that scale up to 64 GB RAM, Acer’s 2026 TravelMate P4 and P2 models look designed for organizations standardizing on AI-capable Windows business laptops, as well as professionals who want lightweight mobility without giving up modern enterprise features.
