3D Printer Owners Face Unexpected Challenges

Owners of certain 3D printers should be aware of potential issues with Anker and eufyMake devices due to the unavailability of some products.

Back in March 2025, it was announced that AnkerMake would transition to eufyMake, assuring customers there would be no changes. However, recent developments reveal that eufyMake has halted the sale of 3D printers and spare parts. A company spokesperson, Brett White, confirmed that the M5 and M5C models are no longer available, and there are no plans to reintroduce them. It’s uncertain whether new models will ever be launched under the brand.

This situation could pose challenges for customers because 3D printers, being complex machines, typically require spare parts due to wear and tear. On platforms like Reddit, users are voicing their frustrations. One user mentioned that their 3D printer is inoperative due to a broken hotend, with no available replacements. While the extruder is still on the market, its high cost poses a problem if only the hotend is needed. It’s unclear if these spare parts will become accessible again, through either official or unofficial means.

Given these developments, caution is advised when considering Anker 3D printers, as they might not be ideal for long-term ownership.
