Xiaomi has unveiled the TV S Pro Mini LED 2026 series in China, bringing major upgrades in brightness, motion performance, and gaming features over last year’s lineup. Built around a Mini LED backlight with 1,792 local dimming zones, the new models promise finer light and shadow control for cleaner contrast and more detail in dark scenes.
A headline improvement is peak brightness: the series now reaches a local peak of up to 5,200 nits, a substantial jump from the previous 3,200 nits. Combined with 95% DCI-P3 color coverage and factory calibration, the TVs aim to deliver punchy HDR highlights and accurate, lifelike colors. Xiaomi’s Master quality engine is also onboard to apply dynamic image enhancements in real time.
Gamers get a notable boost with refresh rates up to 330 Hz, up from 288 Hz on the 2025 models. Support for AMD FreeSync Premium and variable refresh rate (VRR) helps reduce screen tearing and stutter for smoother, more responsive gameplay.
Design and audio see thoughtful upgrades too. The bezels are slimmer at just 4.35 mm, and the TVs include a thin wall mount for a cleaner setup. A 2.1.2-channel, cinema-grade audio system tuned by Harman with Dolby Atmos brings more immersive sound straight out of the box.
Connectivity covers a wide range of use cases:
– 3x HDMI 2.1
– 1x USB 3.0
– 1x USB 2.0
– 1x AV input
– 1x Optical
– 1x Ethernet LAN
– 1x Antenna input
The TV S Pro Mini LED 2026 series comes in four sizes with the following launch prices in China:
– 65-inch: CNY 6,499 (approximately $912)
– 75-inch: CNY 8,199 (about $1,150)
– 85-inch: CNY 10,499 (around $1,473)
– 98-inch: CNY 19,999 (about $2,736)
These introductory prices undercut many similarly equipped Mini LED TVs, especially considering the jump in brightness and gaming-centric specs. Availability is currently limited to China, with details on a global release yet to be announced.
