Xiaomi has introduced the Mijia Smart Electric Water Heater 2 Dual Tank 60L in China, a compact, connected water heater designed to fit seamlessly into modern homes. At just 700 mm wide, with overall dimensions of 700 x 607 x 357 mm, it’s sized for easy installation in bathrooms, kitchens, or utility rooms without sacrificing capacity or performance.
Powered by a 3,200W heating element, the 60-liter tank is built for rapid heating and steady supply. Xiaomi claims it can deliver continuous hot water for a little over two hours, with an adjustable temperature range from 30 to 80°C. The unit is rated Class 1 for energy efficiency in China and offers an 80% hot water output rate, helping households save energy while meeting daily bathing and cleaning needs.
Smart features are central to the experience. An integrated digital display makes on-device adjustments straightforward, while HyperOS Connect brings app-based control and smart home integration. That means you can remotely manage temperature, schedules, and modes, and link the heater with other compatible devices for a more automated routine.
Hygiene and safety have been prioritized, too. The system includes five-level water purification, designed to remove up to 99.99% of bacteria, and nine safety protection features to help guard against common hazards.
