Vivo is getting ready to expand its T5 lineup in India with a new 5G model built for users who want long battery life, a smooth display, and dependable performance in a slim design. The Vivo T5 is officially set to launch in India on September 2, 2026, and early details suggest it could be one of the more interesting mid-range smartphones of the year.
This upcoming Vivo T5 should not be confused with the Vivo T5 4G, which arrived earlier in May 2026 with the Snapdragon 6s Gen 2 processor. The new model is a different device and brings 5G support through the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset. That makes it a more performance-focused option for users who want faster connectivity, better gaming potential, and improved everyday multitasking.
One of the biggest highlights of the Vivo T5 is its display. The phone features a large 6.83-inch curved AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution, giving users sharper visuals than a standard Full HD+ panel.
