Vivo has introduced the Vivo T5 Pro as a feature-packed mid-range smartphone, combining a huge battery, a high-refresh AMOLED display, and modern durability features aimed at users who want strong all-around performance without stepping into flagship pricing.
A big highlight is the 6.83-inch AMOLED display, built for smooth scrolling and gaming thanks to its 144Hz refresh rate. It also targets vivid visuals with a sharp 2,800 x 1,260 resolution and an eye-catching peak HDR brightness rated at 5,000 nits, making it a strong option for outdoor viewing and high-contrast content.
On the camera side, the Vivo T5 Pro keeps things straightforward but capable. It includes a 32MP front camera for selfies and video calls, alongside a 50MP main rear camera supported by a 2MP secondary sensor for additional shooting modes and depth effects.
Durability is another selling point. The phone comes with an IP69 certification, which means it’s built to handle water exposure better than many devices in its class—useful for anyone who needs extra peace of mind in daily use, travel, or unpredictable weather.
Connectivity and everyday features round out the package, including an in-display fingerprint sensor for quick unlocking, plus Wi‑Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and GPS for reliable wireless performance and navigation.
Prices and availability
The Vivo T5 Pro is launching first in India. Pricing starts at 29,999 INR (around $320) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version. A higher-end model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at 39,999 INR (around $430). Vivo hasn’t confirmed international availability yet, so shoppers outside India will need to wait for further launch details.
