Vivo is getting ready to expand its premium Android tablet lineup with the Vivo Pad 6 Pro, a new flagship slate that first appeared at MWC 2026 without full details. Now, the most important missing piece is official: Vivo has confirmed the Pad 6 Pro will launch in China on March 30.
The launch event won’t be just about the tablet. Vivo is also expected to unveil new X300 series smartphones, including the Vivo X300s and the Vivo X300 Ultra, turning March 30 into a major day for the brand’s 2026 hardware lineup.
What makes the Vivo Pad 6 Pro especially interesting is the display. Vivo has confirmed a large 13.2-inch 4K screen, complete with Dolby Vision support. For buyers who prioritize streaming, creative work, and sharp text on a big panel, a 4K tablet display at this size could be a standout feature in the high-end Android tablet market.
Performance is also positioned to be top-tier. Vivo says the Pad 6 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, a flagship Qualcomm processor aimed at premium devices. With this chip, the Pad 6 Pro is expected to target demanding workloads like multitasking, content creation, and high-frame-rate gaming, keeping it competitive with other top Android tablets in 2026.
Vivo’s teaser materials also hint at productivity accessories. The image suggests a keyboard folio case may be launching alongside the Pad 6 Pro, which would help position it as a laptop-style alternative for typing, school, and office tasks. On the software side, the tablet will run OriginOS based on Android, which should bring Vivo’s multitasking features and ecosystem additions to the larger screen.
While Vivo hasn’t confirmed the full spec sheet yet, an earlier leak points to a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera, along with a battery around 13,000mAh. If accurate, that battery size could translate into strong real-world endurance for video playback and travel use, especially for a 13.2-inch 4K Android tablet.
For now, the confirmed release is limited to China, and there’s no official word on a wider international rollout. Still, with a 13.2-inch 4K Dolby Vision display and a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, the Vivo Pad 6 Pro is shaping up to be one of the most talked-about flagship Android tablets of early 2026.
