Turtle Beach Unveils a Street Fighter II–Inspired Victrix Pro KO Leverless Fight Stick

Turtle Beach has a new treat for fighting game fans, and it’s built to hit both nostalgia and performance at the same time. The company just revealed the Victrix Pro KO Leverless Fight Stick – Street Fighter II: Champion Edition, a premium, fully customizable controller created in collaboration with Capcom and officially licensed for PlayStation.

Designed as a celebration of the classic arcade era, this special edition Pro KO comes styled with the legendary Street Fighter II: Champion Edition Player Select screen and features iconic fighters Ryu and Chun-Li on the faceplate. It’s a bold, instantly recognizable look for players who grew up with the series—or anyone who wants their setup to shout “fighting games” the moment it’s on the desk.

Under the artwork, this is still the same high-performance leverless fight stick that’s become a favorite among competitive players. The Victrix Pro KO previously earned major recognition in the fighting game world, including being named “2024 Best Tech” at the EVO Awards, and Turtle Beach is leaning into that reputation here: tournament-ready speed, crisp inputs, and deep customization are the main event.

What makes the Pro KO stand out is how much control it gives players over feel and layout. It uses hot-swappable Cherry MX Speed Silver RGB switches, letting you fine-tune your button response without having to replace the whole unit. There are also customizable RGB lighting options around each button, so you can match your preferred aesthetic—whether you want a subtle glow or a more vibrant arcade-inspired look. A removable aluminum top plate adds to the premium build and supports the controller’s modular design approach.

Customization goes even further with up to 16 movable and mappable buttons, giving players the flexibility to build a layout that fits their muscle memory and playstyle. That matters in fast, high-pressure matches where execution is everything and a single missed input can decide the round.

According to Victrix Director of Product Management Trevor Lehr, the goal of the new Street Fighter II: Champion Edition variant is to continue the Pro KO’s legacy as a high-performance tool for players who want every advantage, while also delivering a design that makes a visual statement about their passion for the genre.

For compatibility, this Victrix Pro KO Leverless Fight Stick – Street Fighter II: Champion Edition is made for PlayStation players and works with PS5 and PS4 consoles. It’s also compatible with Windows 10/11 PCs (with the note that PC compatibility is not tested or endorsed by Sony Interactive Entertainment).

The fight stick is priced at $299.99 (also listed as €279.99 / £249.99), launches April 9, 2026, and is available for pre-order starting today through Victrix and participating retailers globally.

For players who love leverless controllers, compete in modern fighting games, or simply want a collector-worthy Street Fighter II themed accessory that doesn’t sacrifice performance, this release is positioned as a top-tier option—built to look like a classic, and play like a weapon.
