Turtle Beach has officially announced the Stealth Pro II, a new flagship wireless gaming headset built for players who want top-tier sound, all-day comfort, and effortless switching between multiple devices. Revealed on April 16, 2026, the Stealth Pro II follows the acclaimed Stealth Pro and leans even further into premium audio performance, flexible connectivity, and a refined, durable design.
Two versions are available, tailored to different setups. The Xbox version is designed to work across Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, while also supporting PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, plus Bluetooth-enabled mobile devices. The PC and PlayStation version focuses on PC plus PlayStation 4 and 5, and also supports Bluetooth mobile connections. In both cases, the goal is simple: one headset that can handle your main platform and your other devices without friction.
A major highlight is the headset’s certified 24-bit/96kHz Hi-Res Wireless Audio through an ultra-low-latency 2.4GHz USB connection, validated by the Japan Audio Society. On systems that support 24-bit/96kHz output (such as PC and compatible devices), that translates into more detail in subtle in-game cues and richer audio for music listening as well.
For players who want a bigger, more precise sound, the Stealth Pro II uses 60mm Eclipse dual drivers with dedicated woofers and tweeters. That split-driver approach is designed to deliver punchier bass while keeping mids and highs clean, which is especially useful for competitive games where footsteps, reloads, and positional cues matter.
Dolby Atmos spatial audio is also included, creating a more three-dimensional soundstage for better directional awareness and a more immersive experience in supported games and content.
One of the most practical upgrades is CrossPlay 2.0, Turtle Beach’s multiplatform switching system. It supports up to four USB wireless transmitters, letting you move between platforms at the press of a button. The headset includes a transmitter dock and one transmitter, with additional transmitters sold separately. For anyone juggling a console, a PC, and other devices, this is designed to remove the usual re-pairing and cable swapping hassles.
The Stealth Pro II also supports simultaneous 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth, so you can listen to two sources at once, such as game audio from your console or PC while taking a call or listening to voice chat from your phone. Independent volume controls make it easier to balance both sources without diving into menus mid-session.
For communication, Turtle Beach is using a unidirectional 9mm floating boom microphone with AI-based noise reduction, aiming for broadcast-quality voice clarity. The mic includes flip-to-mute functionality, and deeper adjustments like sensitivity, noise gate, and EQ can be tuned in the Swarm II companion app. If you’d rather go without the boom mic, built-in beamforming microphones are also included, focusing on your voice while reducing background noise.
Comfort and long-session wearability are central to the design. The Stealth Pro II features memory-foam ear cushions, a mesh fabric suspension headband, and ProSpecs glasses relief for players who wear glasses. Materials include anodized aluminum and soft-touch finishes, giving it a more premium feel while reinforcing durability. A hard case is also included for protection during travel or storage.
Battery life is built around dual swappable rechargeable packs rated at 40 hours each. With the included charging dock powering your spare battery while you play, the headset is designed for near-continuous use without needing to stop and plug in mid-game.
Customization is handled through the Swarm II app, which provides a 10-band audio EQ, microphone settings, firmware updates, and quick access to four built-in audio presets: Bass Boost, Signature Sound, Treble Boost, and Vocal Boost.
Pricing is set at $349.99 / €349.99 / £299.99. Turtle Beach says the Stealth Pro II delivers meaningful upgrades over the previous model in sound fidelity, connectivity, and comfort, positioning it as a premium option not only for gaming but also for high-fidelity music listening.
The Turtle Beach Stealth Pro II launches on May 17, 2026, with pre-orders available starting today through Turtle Beach and participating retailers worldwide.
