TSMC’s 2nm Process Gears Up for 2025 Launch Amidst Unprecedented Demand

TSMC is gearing up to revolutionize the tech industry by kicking off mass production of its groundbreaking 2nm process by 2025. Already capturing the keen interest of tech titans like Apple and NVIDIA, this advanced node is set to eclipse existing technologies in terms of revenue generation, thanks to its immense demand.

Intel may adopt the node for upcoming “Nova Lake” CPUs, while NVIDIA is expected to utilize it in their AI lineups, preceding the Rubin architecture.
