Trevor Noah to Host Made by Google 2026 as Pixel 11 and Pixel Watch 5 Teasers Build Hype
Google is bringing star power to its next major hardware showcase. The company has confirmed that comedian and former The Daily Show host Trevor Noah will host Made by Google 2026, scheduled for August 12 at 6 p.m. ET in New York City.
The annual event is expected to be one of Google’s biggest product launches of the year, with the Pixel 11 series and Pixel Watch 5 likely to take center stage. After Jimmy Fallon hosted last year’s presentation, Google appears to be continuing its strategy of blending tech reveals with mainstream entertainment appeal.

It is still unclear whether all of these personalities will appear live on stage in New York. Last year, Stephen Curry was included through a prerecorded segment rather than an in-person appearance, so Google may use a similar format again for some of the featured guests.
Beyond the celebrity lineup, the biggest focus remains Google’s upcoming devices. The teaser offered brief glimpses of what appears to be the Pixel 11 Pro, including an active feature called “HiLight.” While Google has not yet explained what HiLight does, its appearance in the preview suggests it may be one of the software or AI-driven features the company plans to spotlight during the event.
The Pixel Watch 5 also made a short appearance in the teaser, pointing to updates for Google’s wearable lineup. With the Pixel Watch series becoming a key part of Google’s hardware ecosystem, the next model is expected to bring refinements in health tracking, performance, design, and deeper integration with Pixel phones.
