Spotify is making it easier than ever to keep tabs on your listening habits. Until now, you either had to connect your account to a tracking service or wait for the end-of-year Wrapped to see your top artists and songs. With the new Listening stats feature, you’ll get fresh weekly insights right inside the app.
Listening stats highlights your top artists and top tracks for the week and lets you share those snapshots with friends. You can post your stats on Instagram or WhatsApp, or send them directly through Spotify’s in-app messaging. Weekly highlights may also capture special moments, like hitting a milestone, discovering a new favorite, or having a standout fan moment.
There’s more than just numbers. The stats page includes a quick option to spin up a playlist based on what you already love and what Spotify thinks you’ll want next, tailored to your recent listening patterns.
How to find your weekly stats:
– Tap your profile image in the Spotify app
– Select the Listening stats tab to view and share your latest highlights
Listening stats is rolling out now to both free and Premium users in more than 60 countries. And don’t worry—Spotify’s annual Wrapped recap isn’t going anywhere. You’ll still get that big year-end reveal, even if weekly stats take a bit of the surprise out of it.
