Tokyo Game Show to Unveil Battlefield 6’s Single-Player Campaign

Battlefield 6 single-player reveal set for Tokyo Game Show 2025

Tokyo Game Show is shaping up to be a can’t-miss event for fans of first-person shooters and racing games alike. EA has confirmed that Battlefield 6 will take center stage with a dedicated look at its single-player campaign during a livestreamed showcase on September 26, the second day of TGS. The game will also have its own booth on the show floor, where developers and English voice actors will share fresh details and insights.

According to the official program, the “Battlefield 6: Single-Player Live Showcase” will be organized by Executive Single-Player Producer Phillipe Ducharme and Senior Creative Director Roman Campos-Oriola. This marks the first substantial deep dive into the campaign since EA released a brief teaser back on July 24.

Until now, Battlefield 6’s promotional focus has been on multiplayer. Open betas gave players a taste of different modes, and community feedback has been largely positive. EA has been iterating on that input through its BF Labs playtests, aiming to fine-tune gameplay ahead of launch.

The timing of the single-player reveal is ideal, as Battlefield 6 is set to release on October 10. Two editions will be available: the Standard Edition at $70 and the Phantom Edition at $100. With anticipation building, the TGS showcase should help set expectations for the narrative, tone, and mission design players can expect at launch.

TGS looks busy beyond Battlefield as well. Microsoft’s “Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2025 Broadcast” is scheduled for September 25, and many expect the company to pull back the curtain on the next entry in its open-world racing series, Forza Horizon 6. While that reveal hasn’t been officially confirmed, it’s a strong possibility to watch for during the event.

If you’ve been waiting to see how Battlefield 6 balances blockbuster storytelling with its signature large-scale combat, the Tokyo Game Show presentation is the one to watch. With the campaign finally in the spotlight and launch just around the corner, this could be the moment that defines the next chapter of the franchise.
