Timex Peanuts x Legacy Mini Heart Hug brings Snoopy to a compact gold-tone dress watch
Timex has introduced a charming new addition to its long-running Peanuts watch collection, and this one takes a more refined approach than many of the brand’s recent character-themed releases. The new Timex Peanuts x Legacy Mini Heart Hug, reference TW6A07400, places Snoopy on a compact 25 mm gold-tone dress watch with a polished look, a fluted bezel, and a five-link bracelet.
Priced at $229, the Peanuts x Legacy Mini Heart Hug is based on the standard Timex Legacy Mini, which is listed at $179 in a similar 25 mm gold-tone steel case and bracelet setup. That means buyers are paying roughly a $50 premium for the special Peanuts artwork and themed details.
The highlight of the watch is its warm gold sunray dial. Timex describes the color as a delicate shade of gold, designed to shift in appearance as light moves across the brushed surface. Instead of placing Snoopy in the center of the dial, Timex positions the character slightly lower, where he is shown hugging a pink heart. The Timex logo sits above, while applied hour markers give the dial a more elevated feel than simple printed indices.
Surrounding the dial is a fluted bezel, adding to the dress-watch character of the design. The gold-tone stainless steel bracelet uses a five-link layout with brushed and polished surfaces, giving the watch a jewelry-like finish that suits its smaller case size.
At just 25 mm, the Legacy Mini Heart Hug is one of the most compact watches in Timex’s current Peanuts lineup. Many of the brand’s Peanuts-themed Expedition models are much larger at around 40 mm, making this release a better fit for those who prefer a petite, classic, and more elegant wristwatch. A closer comparison in size would be Timex’s 24 mm Q Timex Continental Mini.
The watch runs on a battery-powered quartz analog movement and uses a mineral crystal over the dial. Timex has not listed details such as the movement caliber, case thickness, or water resistance rating for this specific model.
The new Snoopy watch joins a broad Peanuts collection from Timex, with recent models ranging from more affordable field-inspired pieces to higher-priced automatic watches. In that lineup, the Legacy Mini Heart Hug stands out by combining playful character artwork with a dressier gold-tone design.
