Dan Paladin, co-founder and art director of The Behemoth, revealed the inspiration behind this refreshing content addition. After almost 17 years of castle-crashing adventures, it was time for something new. Paladin shared that he was able to quickly sketch new knights, leading to a delightful epiphany: why shouldn’t players have the freedom to create as well? Thus, came the advent of the Painter Boss, an exciting outlet for creativity, allowing fans to craft custom characters, bringing to life what they’ve always desired.
This new content, headlined by the Painter Boss DLC, introduces an array of features designed specifically to enhance players’ creative experiences. With integration through Steam Workshop, gamers can now explore endless possibilities by designing their knight skins and magic abilities, which they can share with the global community. Additionally, the DLC introduces a fresh character, Paint Junior, who wields the power of art in battle.
