holoVillage: Our Cozy Days, a cozy life-sim RPG starring beloved hololive characters, is set to launch on April 24. Blending relaxing rural living with light RPG action, the game invites fans to spend their days building a small village alongside adorable chibi versions of hololive Production VTuber talents.
This release is part of holo indie, a publishing label created by Cover to support and officially release games featuring hololive characters—bringing extra legitimacy and reach to projects that might otherwise live solely in the fan space.
In holoVillage: Our Cozy Days, the core experience revolves around taking life at your own pace. You can farm, mine, fish, gather materials, and craft useful items for village life. If you like the idea of running your own little business, you can even open a shop and handle sales, shaping your day-to-day routine however you prefer. It’s designed to be the kind of game you can play slowly and comfortably, whether you log in for a short session or settle in for a longer, more immersive playtime.
For players who want more action mixed into the calm, the world outside the village opens up into dungeon exploration. Enemies and challenging bosses await, offering a more adventurous side to the experience. Combat and progression include multiple weapon types, plus equipment upgrades and customization through smithing. You can also develop your character using job ability trees, creating different builds and playstyles depending on how you like to approach battles.
Customization is a major highlight. Housing and interior design come packed with options inspired by hololive, letting you decorate your home or shop with an impressive level of freedom. At launch, the game includes over 1,800 furniture items, and you’re not limited to basic placement—you can stack pieces in layers and even place items on walls to fine-tune your perfect layout. There’s also a social element: you can upload your decorated room to a server, share it with others, and visit other players’ rooms as well.
Character customization goes just as deep. With over 1,300 costumes and customization parts available, you can create an avatar that looks like you, design a completely original character, or lean into fandom by dressing up like your favorite hololive talent.
Perhaps the most charming feature is the ability to welcome familiar hololive talents into your village as residents. You can live alongside them, have them help out with farm work, dress them up in outfits you like, and take photos together—turning everyday village moments into memorable snapshots.
With its mix of cozy daily life, creative building, customizable fashion, and optional dungeon adventures, holoVillage: Our Cozy Days is shaping up to be a relaxing yet content-packed hololive game when it arrives on April 24.
