Sony has introduced the WF-C510, an affordable addition to their true-wireless earbuds lineup. These new earbuds offer a significant battery life of up to 11 hours on a single charge, extending to 22 hours with the charging case. Priced under $60, the WF-C510 includes features like transparency mode and touch-sensitive playback controls, as well as Spotify Tap controls.
Compared to its higher-end counterparts, the WF-C510 prioritizes affordability while still offering essential functionalities. While active noise cancellation is absent, Sony compensates with a transparency mode and support for their Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE). Additionally, users can customize their audio experience through the Sony Headphones Connect app, thanks to the equalizer feature.
Design-wise, the WF-C510 comes in four colors: black, blue, white, and yellow. Pre-orders are now open globally, with pricing set at £55 in the UK, €59 in the Eurozone, and $59.99 in the US. The earbuds will start shipping in early September.
