Samsung Unveils a Fresh Take on The Frame Art TV

Samsung The Frame Hospitality Model brings art-inspired 4K TVs to hotels

Samsung is expanding its popular The Frame TV lineup beyond living rooms and into hotel suites, premium guest rooms, and commercial hospitality spaces. The company has introduced The Frame Hospitality Model, also known as The Frame HL03H, a hotel-focused version of its art-style television designed to blend entertainment, décor, and guest services into one sleek display.

Announced at HITEC 2026, a major hospitality technology event, this new model is positioned as the first Art TV in Samsung’s hospitality TV range. It keeps the signature design that made The Frame recognizable, including a gallery-like appearance, customizable bezels, and artwork display features, while adding software tools built specifically for hotels.

Like the home version, The Frame Hospitality Model uses a 4K QLED display with an anti-glare panel to reduce reflections and improve visibility in bright rooms. It also supports a slim-fit wall mount, helping the TV sit close to the wall like a framed picture rather than a traditional screen. Optional magnetic bezels allow hotels to match the TV with different room styles, from modern luxury suites to boutique interiors.

One notable change is the absence of the One Connect Box. Instead, the main connection ports are built directly into the television, which may simplify installation and maintenance for hotels managing large numbers of rooms.

A key feature of the new model is Collection Hub. This allows hotels to display curated artwork, photography, promotional visuals, or brand-themed images when the TV is not being actively used. Rather than showing a blank screen, the display can become part of the room’s design while also supporting the hotel’s branding.

Samsung is also bringing Generative Wallpaper to this hospitality TV. This feature lets guests create AI-generated backgrounds, giving them a more personalized in-room experience. For travelers staying in premium hotels, the ability to customize the screen’s appearance could make the room feel more comfortable and tailored to their preferences.

Another helpful addition is Live Translate. This feature provides subtitles for international guests watching local broadcasts or Samsung TV Plus content. For hotels that welcome visitors from around the world, built-in translation support can make entertainment more accessible and convenient.

The Frame Hospitality Model also supports Google Cast and Apple AirPlay, allowing guests to stream content from their phones or tablets to the TV. To connect, guests simply scan a QR code. Once they check out, their device connection information is automatically deleted, helping protect privacy and making the room ready for the next visitor.

For hotel operators, Samsung includes LYNK Cloud support. This cloud-based platform allows staff to monitor TV status in real time, manage on-screen services, and update guest-facing features such as digital concierge tools, hotel information, and room service menus.

LYNK Cloud also includes a Business Intelligence feature that can help hotels better understand guest behavior. For example, hotels can identify popular TV channels or frequently ordered meals, then use that information to improve services and personalize future offerings.

Samsung plans to offer The Frame Hospitality Model in 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch sizes. The TV is expected to arrive in the United States in the second half of the year.

With its combination of 4K QLED picture quality, art-inspired design, AI customization, easy casting, automatic privacy protection, and hotel management tools, The Frame Hospitality Model is designed to do more than entertain. It aims to become part of the guest experience while giving hotels a stylish and practical display solution for modern hospitality spaces.
