Samsung Set to Introduce Galaxy F14 4G and Galaxy M14 4G Variants in India

Samsung appears to be gearing up for the launch of two new budget-friendly smartphones in India, the Galaxy F14 4G and the Galaxy M14 4G. Following the release of their 5G counterparts last year, the South Korean tech giant is now preparing to offer these 4G LTE variants to Indian consumers.

Recent listings on the Samsung India website have revealed support pages for these upcoming devices, hinting at their potential launch in the near future. The devices in question are the Galaxy F14 4G, with the model number SM-E145F/DS, and the Galaxy M14 4G, with the model number SM-M145F/DS. Interestingly enough, there is a shared user manual for both models, indicating that the two phones could share a number of hardware similarities.

From what is gleaned from the user manual, the Galaxy F14 4G and the Galaxy M14 4G are expected to boast large displays featuring a waterdrop notch design for the front-facing camera. The rear of the phones showcases a triple-camera array along with a capacitive fingerprint sensor positioned on the side for secure unlocking. Both models are designed with a USB Type-C port, a standard headphone jack, and a speaker at the bottom, while offering a dual-SIM and microSD card tray, as well as NFC capability on the rear.

Although these models were sighted on India’s BIS certification site some time ago, their launch did not follow immediately. Specific details about the Galaxy F14 4G and Galaxy M14 4G remain scant, but it’s anticipated that they will be priced more affordably than their 5G siblings. Moreover, based on available firmware data, the Galaxy F14 4G will come with Android 13 as its operating system.

In previous disclosures, both phones were reported to support Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.x standards. Having already received Wi-Fi Alliance certification, it is revealed that these devices are likely to come pre-loaded with Android 14. This means that customers may expect to experience the latest One UI 6.0, which is based on Android 14, right out of the box. Additionally, these smartphones may be eligible for at least three major Android OS updates following their release.

As for now, official confirmations and further details are eagerly awaited by fans and potential customers in India, who anticipate the unveiling of these 4G variants by Samsung. With their imminent arrival, Samsung continues to expand its presence in the diverse Indian smartphone market, catering to users who prefer budget-friendly yet feature-rich devices.
