Without sufficient space for a large vapor chamber, the Snapdragon 8 Elite may not unleash its full potential on the S25 Edge compared to other devices. Furthermore, this thin form factor confines the battery capacity to 3,900mAh, with fast charging capability capped at 25W, as indicated by a recent 3C certification.
Samsung appears to have different priorities for the Galaxy S25 Edge, likely targeting consumers who value style and slimness over a multitude of features and top-tier performance.
