Razer Unveils Wolverine V3 Pro: The Ultimate Wireless Controller for Esports

The Wolverine V3 Pro by Razer is presented as an advanced wireless controller specifically designed for Xbox, tailored for esports enthusiasts. This latest controller in the Wolverine series introduces rear-facing paddles with a mouse-click feel, complemented by two additional claw grip bumpers to enhance tactile response. Notably, it features adjustable Hall-effect thumbsticks and Razer Pro Hypertriggers.

Unlike its predecessor, the V2 Pro, which included PlayStation buttons, the V3 Pro is equipped with an 8-way D-pad and Razer Mecha Tactile Action Buttons, aligning it with Xbox design standards. The V3 Pro enhances its esports readiness with four new paddles that emulate mouse buttons and re-mappable dual claw-grip bumpers. Additionally, the bespoke triggers offer switchable long- and short-pull modes to accommodate speed or precision preferences.

The redesigned thumbsticks are highlighted for their lighter, more accurate, and responsive performance, constructed to be less fragile than traditional thumbsticks. The V3 Pro package includes both long and short versions of these thumbsticks, allowing for customization based on user preference.

Available through both Razer and Amazon, the Wolverine V3 Pro is priced at $199. Additionally, the Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition, a wired version without the RGB logo, is available at $99.99.
