Orders for A750 Will Cease by Month’s End

The era of Arc Alchemist GPUs is drawing to a close. Intel has announced the End of Life (EOL) for several popular models in this lineup, marking a significant transition for the company’s graphics division. Initially launched in October 2022, these GPUs have a shorter lifespan than expected.

Intel has confirmed that the Arc A750 and Arc A770, two of its most powerful GPUs, will soon be phased out. The A750’s last order date is set for June 27, 2025, with shipments ending on September 26 of the same year. In contrast, the A770 will have its final order date this November, with shipments ending in May 2026, allowing manufacturers some time to stock up and sell through the mid-2026.

Additionally, several mobile Arc Alchemist GPUs are also slated for discontinuation. Models like the A530M, A350M, A730M, A770M, A570M, and A370M are included in this phase-out. Currently, only the Arc A380 and A580 haven’t been assigned an official EOL date, though this is anticipated soon, especially with the emergence of the newer Battlemage lineup.

Intel’s Arc Alchemist was the company’s bold venture to challenge the dominance of AMD and NVIDIA in the discrete GPU sector. Although it didn’t achieve groundbreaking success, Intel is undeterred, continuing to refine its offerings. Despite the Battlemage series not meeting market expectations, there’s hope that the upcoming Xe3-based Celestial GPUs might finally capture the attention of gamers worldwide.

This strategic move by Intel reflects its ongoing commitment to innovation in the GPU market, paving the way for potentially more competitive products in the future.
