Oppo Find X10 Leak Reveals Dimensity 9600M Power and Dual 200MP Camera Ambitions

Oppo Find X10 leak points to familiar Dimensity power and a major camera upgrade

The Oppo Find X10 is starting to take shape ahead of its expected China launch, and the latest leak suggests the phone may arrive with a chipset that sounds new but looks very familiar under the hood.

An unreleased Oppo smartphone with the model number PMW110 has appeared in a Geekbench 7 listing, and it is widely believed to be the upcoming Oppo Find X10. According to the listing, the device is powered by a MediaTek MT6993 chipset, paired with 16GB of RAM and running Android 17.

The benchmark result shows a single-core score of 1,732 and a multi-core score of 6,791. Those numbers may not represent the final performance of the retail device, as early benchmark listings often come from preproduction hardware. The phone may also have been running under limited power or thermal conditions during the test, which could explain the relatively modest score for a flagship-class chipset.

The most interesting detail is the processor itself. The MediaTek MT6993 appears to match the existing Dimensity 9500, leading to speculation that MediaTek may rebrand the chip as the Dimensity 9600M for upcoming flagship phones. If accurate, the Oppo Find X10 may not bring a major leap in raw processing power compared to its predecessor.

The CPU layout shown in the listing includes four cores clocked at 2.70GHz, three cores running at 3.50GHz, and one prime core reaching 4.21GHz. The GPU is listed as the Mali-G1-Ultra MC12, which also lines up with known Dimensity 9500 graphics hardware. This strongly suggests that the so-called Dimensity 9600M could be more of a renamed or lightly adjusted version of the Dimensity 9500 rather than an entirely new platform.

That does not necessarily mean the Oppo Find X10 will be disappointing. Instead, Oppo appears to be focusing heavily on imaging, which could become the phone’s biggest selling point.

The company has already teased a powerful dual 200MP camera setup for the Find X10. The main camera is expected to use a 200MP sensor with an f/1.6 aperture and CIPA 6.0-rated stabilization. Alongside it, Oppo is preparing a 200MP telephoto camera with an f/2.6 aperture and CIPA 7.0-rated stabilization.

If these specifications make it to the final product, the Oppo Find X10 could become one of the most camera-focused flagship phones of the year. A dual 200MP system would give Oppo plenty of room for advanced zoom, sharper detail, improved low-light capture, and more flexible image processing.

Oppo is also promoting a second-generation “Danxia” color-reproduction lens. The company claims this technology can deliver up to 15EV of dynamic range and a 43% improvement in sensing efficiency. In real-world use, that could mean better color accuracy, richer highlights and shadows, and more natural-looking photos in challenging lighting conditions.

This strategy would make sense for the Find X10 series. If the chipset is more of a sidegrade than a dramatic upgrade over the Find X9, Oppo can still make the new model feel fresh by pushing camera hardware and image quality to a higher level. Flagship buyers increasingly care about photography, zoom performance, video stability, and social-ready image results, so a major camera boost could be more noticeable than a small improvement in benchmark scores.

The Oppo Find X10 series is expected to launch in China in September. As always with early Geekbench listings, the details should be treated with some caution. Pre-release phones often use unfinished software, and final retail units may deliver better performance, different tuning, or slightly changed specifications.

Still, the leak gives a clear early picture of what Oppo may be planning. The Find X10 could combine a proven flagship MediaTek platform with 16GB of RAM, Android 17, and one of the most ambitious camera systems in Oppo’s recent lineup. If the dual 200MP setup performs as promised, the Find X10 may stand out less for its chipset name and more for its photography power.
