Oppo Enco X3s launch with stronger noise canceling, dual drivers, and hi-res streaming
Oppo has unveiled the Enco X3s, a feature-packed pair of true wireless earbuds designed for listeners who want powerful noise reduction, detailed sound, and reliable everyday durability.
Headline features start with active noise cancellation rated for up to 55dB of noise reduction, operating across frequencies up to 5,500 Hz. That makes them well suited for flights, train commutes, or busy open offices, where consistent low- and mid-frequency noise can be most distracting.
Each earbud houses two dynamic drivers—11 mm and 6 mm—to cover a wide frequency range from 15 Hz to 40,000 Hz. For streaming, the Enco X3s support AAC and SBC alongside LHDC 5.0 for high-resolution wireless audio, helping preserve detail and dynamics on compatible devices.
While there’s no head tracking for spatial audio, Oppo promotes an immersive listening mode that simulates wider, more three-dimensional sound. The earbuds also include an AI-powered translation tool, though this feature is limited to select Oppo devices. Multipoint connectivity lets you pair with two devices at once for easy switching between, say, a phone and a laptop.
Durability gets a boost with an IP55 rating, offering protection against dust and water splashes—handy for workouts or getting caught in the rain. Battery life is rated at up to 45 hours with the charging case when ANC is off and streaming over AAC. In more demanding scenarios using LHDC with ANC at 50% volume, Oppo lists up to 5.5 hours on a single charge. Real-world runtimes will vary based on volume, codecs, and noise-canceling settings.
Pricing and availability for markets outside China have yet to be announced.
