OneXPlayer, a well-known name in mini PCs and eGPU hardware, has unveiled what it calls its most powerful high-performance AI mini PC to date: the ONEXStation Mini AI PC. Built around AMD’s flagship Zen 5-based mobile platform, this compact machine is aimed at users who want workstation-class CPU muscle, strong local AI performance, and surprisingly capable gaming power—all in a mini PC footprint.
At the heart of the ONEXStation is the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395, a 16-core, 32-thread processor designed for heavy multitasking and demanding professional workloads. One of the biggest highlights is its combined AI capability, delivering up to 126 TOPS of performance when factoring in the CPU, NPU, and GPU together. That makes it appealing for creators, developers, and power users who want to run AI-assisted tools locally rather than relying entirely on cloud processing.
Graphics are handled by the integrated Radeon 8060S, which is currently positioned as one of the fastest consumer integrated GPUs available. For mini PC buyers who also care about gaming or GPU-accelerated creative apps, the promise here is big: performance often compared to RTX 4060-level gaming in suitable scenarios, but without needing a discrete graphics card.
To keep that level of performance sustainable in a small chassis, OneXPlayer equips the ONEXStation with an active cooling setup featuring copper heat pipes and a dual-fan configuration. That cooling design is intended to let the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 run at up to its full 120W TDP, helping the system maintain higher clocks under load for consistent performance in long renders, compilation jobs, or extended AI tasks.
Memory and storage options are also geared toward advanced users. The system supports up to 128 GB of LPDDR5X memory running at 8000 MT/s. One particularly interesting detail is flexible memory allocation: the machine can assign up to 96 GB as video memory while still reserving 32 GB for system RAM, a configuration that can benefit GPU-heavy workloads and certain professional pipelines.
For storage, the ONEXStation includes dual M.2 slots and supports up to 8 TB total capacity, while shipping with a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD as standard. That dual-slot setup makes it easier to separate projects and scratch disks, expand game libraries, or simply future-proof the system for larger workloads.
Connectivity is another strong point, with a generous selection of ports and modern networking features. Buyers can expect multiple USB Type-A and Type-C ports for peripherals, WiFi 7 for high-speed wireless, 2.5G LAN for reliable wired networking, and an SD 4.0 slot for fast media transfers—useful for photographers and video editors working with large files.
The ONEXStation Mini AI PC is currently available for sale in China, though pricing has not been officially disclosed in the provided product materials.
