Alongside new models in the Cyborg, Crosshair, Raider, and Titan series, MSI confirmed that its upcoming Crosshair 16 Max HX E2WGXK will be sold exclusively with the “GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU 12GB GDDR7.” That wording strongly suggests Nvidia is preparing a higher-VRAM RTX 5070 laptop option beyond the existing configuration currently seen in many gaming notebooks.
To put this in context, earlier Crosshair 16 Max variants have been offered with RTX 50-series laptop GPUs in more standard memory sizes.
