Motorola Moto Pad 70 Pro Set to Launch With Snapdragon Power, Stylus Support, and a Huge Battery
Motorola is preparing to introduce a new premium Android tablet, the Moto Pad 70 Pro, and early details suggest it could be a strong option for users who want a large-screen device for productivity, streaming, gaming, and everyday entertainment.
The upcoming tablet is expected to feature a 13-inch display, giving it the kind of screen space that makes multitasking, watching movies, reading, and sketching feel more comfortable. Motorola also appears to be focusing on stylus functionality, with support for Google Circle to Search among the highlighted features. This could make the Moto Pad 70 Pro especially useful for students, creators, and professionals who want quick search tools directly from the screen.
At the heart of the Motorola Moto Pad 70 Pro is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. Paired with fast LPDDR5X RAM, the tablet should deliver smooth performance across demanding apps, games, video calls, and split-screen workflows. While full configuration details have not yet been confirmed, the chipset choice points toward a high-performance Android tablet rather than a basic media device.
Battery life is another major highlight. The Moto Pad 70 Pro is said to include a large 10,200 mAh battery, with up to 12.5 hours of video streaming on a single charge. That should make it suitable for long work sessions, travel, or extended entertainment use without needing to constantly reach for a charger. When it is time to recharge, the tablet supports USB-C charging at up to 45 watts.
On the software side, the tablet will ship with Android 16 out of the box. Motorola is also expected to provide software updates through at least Android 18, which gives buyers more confidence that the device will remain useful and secure for years after launch.
Connectivity is another area where the Moto Pad 70 Pro looks ready for the future. The tablet supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0, offering faster wireless performance and improved compatibility with modern accessories. Storage expansion via microSD card is also confirmed, which is a welcome feature for users who store lots of videos, documents, games, or creative projects.
For entertainment, Motorola has equipped the device with quad speakers, which should help create a more immersive audio experience when streaming movies, playing games, or listening to music. Despite its large display and battery, the tablet weighs 589 grams, making it relatively manageable for a 13-inch device.
Motorola is expected to reveal the remaining details, including full specifications, pricing, and availability, by June 27. If the confirmed features are matched with competitive pricing, the Motorola Moto Pad 70 Pro could become one of the more interesting large Android tablets of the year.
