Maxsun Unleashes AI Workstation Beast With Up To Four Intel Arc Pro B60 48G Turbo GPUs, Delivering 192GB of VRAM

Maxsun is raising the bar for compact AI workstations, teaming up with abee to deliver a powerhouse build that pairs the W790 platform with an airflow-optimized, reverse-layout tower. Designed for creators, researchers, and data-heavy workflows, this configuration focuses on raw multi-GPU throughput, cooling efficiency, and room to expand.

At the heart of the system is Maxsun’s W790 motherboard with seven PCIe x16 slots, giving professionals the flexibility to stack multiple accelerators, high-speed storage add-in cards, or specialty I/O without compromise. The headline option is support for up to four Intel Arc Pro B60 48G Turbo GPUs. Each card uses two BMG-G21 GPUs and doubles the memory capacity of the standard Arc Pro B60, and a four-card setup delivers a massive 192 GB of total VRAM. That kind of capacity is tailor-made for AI model development and inference, advanced 3D rendering, visualization, simulation, and other memory-intensive pipelines.

To keep thermals in check, Maxsun is deploying this platform inside the abee Designer C700W chassis. The case uses a reverse-mounted motherboard orientation that feeds fresh air more efficiently across the GPU array and exhausts heat cleanly. Ventilation is generous on all sides, and the interior is designed to fit oversized workstation components with ease. Storage and cooling expandability are equally robust, with multiple 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch drive bays and up to 17 fan slots to dial in high-airflow cooling for sustained performance.

Key highlights:
– W790 workstation motherboard with 7 PCIe x16 slots for extreme expandability
– Support for up to 4x Intel Arc Pro B60 48G Turbo GPUs
– Up to 192 GB total VRAM for heavy AI, rendering, and data workloads
– abee Designer C700W inverse-layout tower optimized for airflow and thermals
– Multiple drive bays and as many as 17 fan positions for customization and cooling headroom

Maxsun has not shared pricing or availability yet. For reference, a single Arc Pro B60 48G Turbo is around $1,200, so a four-GPU configuration already represents roughly $4,800 just in graphics hardware. While that puts the complete system firmly in premium territory, the VRAM-per-dollar and multi-GPU flexibility can be highly competitive versus traditional workstation alternatives, especially for teams that need large memory footprints without moving to far pricier configurations.

For professionals building a compact yet scalable AI or rendering rig, this Maxsun–abee collaboration blends dense compute, smart airflow design, and serious upgrade potential into a clean, workstation-grade package.
