iQoo is expanding its Z-series lineup globally with two fresh mid-range phones: the iQoo Z11 and iQoo Z11x. After debuting earlier in China, the Z11 series is now arriving in international markets with refreshed styling and a few notable spec changes aimed at global buyers.
The biggest shift is in the iQoo Z11’s performance platform. While the China model uses a MediaTek Dimensity 8500, the global iQoo Z11 switches to the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. It’s paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage, though there’s no microSD card slot for storage expansion. This makes the Z11 a solid option for users who want smooth everyday performance, dependable multitasking, and enough storage for apps, photos, and games without relying on external memory.
Battery life is clearly one of the headline features. The iQoo Z11 keeps the same huge 9,020 mAh battery found on the China variant, supported by 90 W wired fast charging. That kind of capacity is designed for people who hate charging anxiety—ideal for heavy streaming, gaming, or long commutes. However, despite the oversized battery, iQoo does not include wireless charging or reverse wired charging.
On the camera side, the iQoo Z11 focuses on the essentials with a dual rear setup: a 50 MP main camera paired with a 2 MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, it offers a 32 MP front camera, which should appeal to anyone who prioritizes clearer self-portraits and sharper front-facing video.
The display is another strong selling point. The iQoo Z11 comes with a large 6.83-inch AMOLED panel delivering a 2800 x 1260 resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate. That combination is geared toward fluid scrolling and gaming, while AMOLED typically brings punchier contrast and deeper blacks for movies and everyday viewing. Despite the big screen and battery, the phone measures 8.25 mm thick and weighs about 213 grams.
For buyers looking to spend less while still getting a modern spec sheet, the iQoo Z11x is positioned as the more affordable sibling. It features a 6.76-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a 50 MP main camera, and a 7,200 mAh battery. Powering it is the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo chipset, and it can be configured with up to 12 GB of RAM. Like the Z11, it ships with Android 16-based OriginOS 6, though iQoo hasn’t shared details on long-term software update support.
In Malaysia, the iQoo Z11 is available in blue and black, starting at MYR 1,599 (about $407) for the 8 GB + 256 GB configuration. The iQoo Z11x starts at MYR 1,099 (about $280) for the 8 GB + 128 GB model. For now, the Z11 series is officially available in Malaysia, with iQoo expected to roll out these new smartphones to more regions in the coming weeks.
