iQoo Pad 6 Pro Debuts With 4K 144Hz Display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, and 13,000mAh Battery
iQoo has expanded its tablet lineup in China with the launch of the iQoo Pad 6 Pro, a premium Android tablet designed for users who want a large display, flagship-level performance, and long battery life. The new model arrives as the successor to last year’s iQoo Pad 5 Pro and brings several major upgrades across display, hardware, connectivity, and design.
The biggest highlight of the iQoo Pad 6 Pro is its massive 13.2-inch LCD display. The screen offers a sharp 4K resolution, making it well-suited for watching movies, editing documents, browsing, gaming, and creative work. It also supports a 144Hz refresh rate, which should deliver smoother scrolling and more responsive gameplay. With up to 1,200 nits peak brightness, the tablet is built to remain visible in bright environments, while DC dimming helps reduce screen flicker for a more comfortable viewing experience.
Performance is another major focus. The iQoo Pad 6 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a flagship processor built on a 3nm process. This chip is paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, giving the tablet the speed needed for multitasking, gaming, media editing, and demanding Android apps. With this hardware combination, the device is positioned as a high-performance Android tablet rather than just a casual entertainment slate.
For cameras, the iQoo Pad 6 Pro includes an 8MP front-facing camera for video calls, online meetings, and selfies. On the back, it features a 13MP rear camera for scanning documents, taking quick photos, and recording basic video. While tablets are not usually camera-first devices, this setup should be practical for everyday use.
Battery life is another standout feature. The tablet packs a large 13,000mAh battery, which should help it handle long sessions of streaming, productivity, gaming, or studying without frequent charging. The big battery makes the iQoo Pad 6 Pro especially attractive for users who need a device that can last through a full day of work or travel.

On the software side, the iQoo Pad 6 Pro runs OriginOS 6 based on Android. The interface is expected to offer tablet-friendly features for multitasking, app switching, and productivity. Combined with the large screen and powerful processor, the software experience should appeal to students, professionals, gamers, and entertainment-focused users.
Despite its large display and battery, the iQoo Pad 6 Pro has a slim design. It measures just 6.18mm thick and weighs 663 grams. The tablet is available in three color options: silver, gray, and green.
In China, the iQoo Pad 6 Pro is available in four configurations. The base model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at CNY 4,499, which is approximately $661. The 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant costs CNY 4,999, or around $734. The 12GB RAM and 512GB storage model is priced at CNY 5,799, roughly $852. The top-end version with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage costs CNY 6,699, or about $984.
For now, iQoo has not announced whether the Pad 6 Pro will launch in global markets. However, with its 4K 144Hz display, flagship Snapdragon chipset, huge battery, and slim design, the iQoo Pad 6 Pro looks like one of the most powerful Android tablets currently available in China.
