Introducing the Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus Special Edition: A Groundbreaking First for the Redmi Series

Xiaomi is gearing up to bring an exciting flagship feature to its mid-range Redmi Note series later this year. The upcoming Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus is expected to include satellite messaging support, offered through a dedicated Special Edition model.

The new Redmi Note 15 series is anticipated to launch in China next month, with several models already appearing on IMEI databases and gaining approvals from Chinese regulatory bodies like the 3C and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The Redmi Note 15 models are linked with specific model numbers, including 25080RABDC and 25098RA98C. Among these, the 25104RADAC has emerged as a potential candidate for the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus.

Interestingly, 25104RADAC might not be an entirely new device but rather a variant of one of the models listed. Certification from MIIT confirms this variant will support satellite messaging via BeiDou’s satellite services. According to popular leaker Digital Chat Station, Xiaomi plans to reserve this satellite messaging feature exclusively for the 25104RADAC within its Redmi lineup. This suggests that the satellite messaging capability will be a special feature of the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus Special Edition rather than a standard option across all configurations.

However, this special edition model with satellite messaging might not see a global release, unlike other models in the Redmi Note 15 series. With these innovative features, Xiaomi continues to blend cutting-edge technology into its mid-range offerings, enhancing their appeal in an increasingly competitive market.
