Xiaomi has launched a refreshed version of the Redmi A27U monitor, now featuring an upgraded port lineup that includes a USB Type-C port. This new addition sets the Redmi A27U apart from its predecessors by supporting DisplayPort Alt Mode, allowing it to recharge compatible devices, such as laptops, at an impressive 90W.
Beyond its improved connectivity, the monitor boasts a native 4K resolution (3,840 x 2,160) with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The 60 Hz refresh rate and 6 ms response times ensure smooth visuals, making it a top contender for both professional and personal use. The IPS panel excels in color accuracy, covering 95% of the DCI-P3 color space and 100% of the sRGB color space, with minimal color deviations (ΔE<1).
Launched in China at a competitive price of CNY 1,399 (around $200), the new Redmi A27U monitor combines quality and affordability. Although Xiaomi hasn't confirmed its global availability yet, this upgraded monitor is poised to make waves in the market.
