Wanbo has announced the upcoming release of the 2025 Mozart 1 Pro New projector, an upgraded version of the original model launched in 2023. This latest iteration is touted as the industry’s first LCD projector to feature both Google TV and MEMC motion smoothing technology.
Maintaining the 1080p resolution of its predecessor while supporting 4K content, the 2025 model promises enhanced visuals. It features a 1.2:1 throw ratio, enabling it to project images up to 120 inches wide, and benefits from a brightness boost to 1,200 ANSI lumens—a 33% increase. Tools for automatic keystone correction, focus, obstacle avoidance, and screen alignment allow users to easily achieve the perfect image. Additional features include variable refresh rate (VRR) support and HDR10 compatibility.
In a shift from the 2023 version, the 2025 model replaces the Android interface with Google TV, providing access to voice commands via Google Assistant and a range of streaming services. Connectivity options include HDMI 2.0, USB, 3.5mm audio, Bluetooth 5.0, and dual-band Wi-Fi. The projector is equipped with two integrated 10W speakers and offers an optional 150° gimbal stand for versatile projection angles. Sporting a sleek dark blue exterior, the device measures 176 x 209 x 223 mm.
The Wanbo 2025 Mozart 1 Pro New projector is set for an early access sale beginning July 15th, with an introductory price of $399—$100 less than its regular price of $499. The original Mozart 1 Pro currently retails for $399.99. The new version will be available in configurations suitable for US, EU, and UK power outlets.
