One of the standout aspects of Lumo is that it requires no account for access, allowing users the freedom to ask questions and upload files to receive information. Those with a Proton Drive account can seamlessly connect to access cloud-stored files. Although Lumo can search the web, be aware that its results might not always include the absolute latest information.
Proton is dedicated to maintaining transparency and privacy. The AI is built on open-source models and promises not to use user data for model training. The integration of zero-access encryption ensures that conversation histories are stored securely and can only be decrypted by the user’s device.
