Acer Nitro Radeon RX 9060 XT

Innovative Dual Fan System Featuring Triple Display Connections

Acer is gearing up to introduce its Nitro series RX 9060 XT GPU, featuring an efficient dual-fan cooling system. This anticipated launch is set to make waves at Computex, where AMD is expected to unveil the Radeon RX 9060 XT in just over a week. With partners like Acer readying their custom versions, excitement is building as enthusiasts await the big reveal.

Already appearing on retail platforms, Acer’s Nitro edition of the RX 9060 XT showcases thoughtful design with a sleek gray shroud and prominent Nitro branding. This dual-slot GPU offers three display outputs: two DisplayPorts and one HDMI, all powered by a single 8-pin PCI-E connector. While official specifications haven’t been released, it’s anticipated to deliver around 200W TDP.

The AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT will likely feature 2048 Stream Processors and will roll out in two versions: 8 GB and 16 GB. Although the focus seems to be on the 16 GB variant, the 8 GB version is expected to follow. Learning from competitor launches, AMD might be prioritizing the higher VRAM option due to audience preference.

Poised as AMD’s contender to NVIDIA’s RTX 5060 Ti, the RX 9060 XT utilizes the NAVI 44 architecture, a step down from the NAVI 48 chip used in the 9070 series. Price points for these GPUs are expected to be competitive, with the 16 GB model likely around $400, while the 8 GB version may range between $300 and $350. This pricing strategy could make AMD’s offering an attractive alternative in the market.
