HyperOS 3 stable update rolls out to Poco F7 Pro, Poco F7, Poco M6, and Redmi 13
Great news for Xiaomi and Poco fans: the stable HyperOS 3 update, based on Android 16, is now rolling out to four more devices. Owners of the Poco F7 Pro, Poco F7, Poco M6, and Redmi 13 can expect the update to arrive as a staged over-the-air rollout, so it may take several days or even a couple of weeks to reach every unit. In China, the Redmi K80 and Redmi Turbo 4 Pro—regional counterparts to the F7 Pro and F7—have already received their stable Android 16 builds, signaling a wider global push.
HyperOS 3 is a major release packed with visual polish, smarter tools, and under-the-hood speed improvements. One of the standout additions is HyperIsland, a Dynamic Island–style pop-up for alerts and live activities that makes multitasking feel more fluid. The lock screen gets new iOS-inspired styles with richer customization, while the Gallery app introduces a more capable editor for quick touch-ups and creative tweaks. Supported devices also gain Touch to Share for faster device-to-device interactions and deeper Gemini integration for AI-driven features.
AI is a headline focus in HyperOS 3. Expect generative writing tools to help draft and refine text, real-time translation for smoother conversations across languages, and systemwide voice transcription that makes lectures, meetings, and notes easier to capture and search.
