Husqvarna has recently introduced a cutting-edge addition to their line of robotic lawn mowers: the Automower 535 AWD EPOS. This innovative model is a significant upgrade from its predecessor, the Automower 535 AWD, primarily due to its advanced wireless navigation capabilities, eliminating the need for traditional boundary wires.
Using the revolutionary EPOS (Exact Positioning Operating System) technology, this lawn mower offers the flexibility of setting up wireless mowing zones, making lawn maintenance smoother and more efficient. However, for those who prefer the classic method, the option to install a boundary wire remains available.
Designed to tackle expansive areas, the Automower 535 AWD EPOS is perfect for grounds as large as 6,000 square meters, completing the task over a two-day period. This model is remarkably adept at handling challenging terrains, such as golf courses, with the ability to mow on slopes with gradients up to 70%.
Adding to its convenience, the mower can be operated remotely through a user-friendly app. An anticipated update in the second quarter of 2025 is set to enhance its versatility, introducing new mowing patterns to cater to various landscaping needs.
This state-of-the-art robotic mower is set to grace European lawns by the end of February 2025. While the exact pricing remains under wraps, it’s worth noting that the earlier model, the 535 AWD, is priced around £5,359/€5,499, which may offer some insight into the potential cost of the new release.
This groundbreaking innovation by Husqvarna is a promising step towards easier and more precise lawn care, setting a new standard in landscaping technology.
