Honor Win Tablet teased with OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, and ultra-fast refresh rate
Honor is preparing to expand its gaming-focused Win lineup with a compact tablet built for high-performance play. The upcoming Honor Win Tablet has already been confirmed to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and the latest teaser now gives a better look at its design and display features.
The new promotional video shows the Honor Win Tablet in landscape mode, highlighting a sleek front panel with rounded display corners. One of the most noticeable design details is the punch-hole front camera, positioned within the screen rather than in a thicker bezel. This gives the tablet a more modern look and may help maximize screen space for gaming, streaming, and multitasking.
Honor is also teasing an exceptionally smooth display experience. The company suggests the Win Tablet will support a refresh rate above 200Hz, making it one of the faster tablet displays aimed at mobile gamers. While Honor has not officially confirmed the exact refresh rate, early reports suggest the device could feature an 8.4-inch OLED panel with a 240Hz refresh rate.
If accurate, that combination would make the Honor Win Tablet especially appealing to users who want a compact gaming tablet with strong visuals, deep contrast, and ultra-responsive touch performance. OLED technology should also deliver richer colors and better black levels compared to traditional LCD panels, which could improve both gaming and media playback.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset is expected to give the tablet flagship-level power. With this processor, the Honor Win Tablet should be capable of handling demanding mobile games, fast app switching, and heavy multitasking. Combined with the rumored high-refresh-rate OLED screen, Honor appears to be positioning this tablet as a serious option for gamers who prefer a portable form factor.
Leaks also suggest the tablet may arrive in black and silver color options. Battery capacity is rumored to be around the 10,000mAh range, which would be a major advantage for extended gaming sessions, video playback, and travel use. However, Honor has not yet confirmed the full battery specifications, charging speed, storage options, or memory configurations.
The Honor Win Tablet is expected to launch in October 2026 alongside the Honor Win 2 smartphone series. With its compact OLED display, powerful Snapdragon chipset, and refresh rate that could reach 240Hz, the device may become one of Honor’s most interesting gaming products of the year.
Honor has not shared full pricing or global availability details yet, but more information is likely to surface as the official launch approaches.
