Hisense has unveiled the S6 FollowMe, a new “lifestyle TV” coming as part of the company’s 2026 lineup, revealed at CES 2026. The big idea is simple: instead of a television that stays parked in one spot, the S6 FollowMe is built to move with you. With its screen mounted on a portable floor stand, it’s designed to roll from room to room—so you can stream shows in the bedroom, pull up recipes in the kitchen, or jump on a video call wherever you’re most comfortable.
At the center of the S6 FollowMe is a 32-inch 4K UHD display with a 3,840 x 2,160 resolution. Hisense says the panel uses an anti-glare design with a low reflection rate, which should help visibility in brighter spaces and under overhead lighting. It also supports touch controls, making it feel more like a large smart display than a traditional TV when you’re navigating apps, browsing content, or interacting with on-screen menus.
The S6 FollowMe also includes an integrated camera and microphone, opening the door to hands-free use and video calling right from the screen. Voice command support is confirmed as well, though Hisense hasn’t yet shared which voice assistant or platform will power the experience. On the audio side, the built-in speakers support DTS Virtual:X, aiming to deliver a wider, more immersive soundstage without needing external speakers.
Connectivity includes Wi‑Fi 6, which can provide faster, more stable wireless performance for streaming and video calls on compatible networks. Hisense hasn’t confirmed the operating system yet, so it’s still unclear which smart TV interface and app ecosystem will be available at launch.
One of the most practical parts of the design is adjustability. Users will be able to change the screen height, as well as tilt and rotate the display to match different seating positions and room layouts—useful whether you’re watching from a sofa, standing at a kitchen counter, or using it for a group call.
Portability is another key selling point. Hisense says the S6 FollowMe includes an integrated battery rated for up to 10 hours of use on a single charge, making it easier to move around the house without constantly hunting for an outlet.
As for availability, Hisense is targeting a US release date of May 1, 2026. Pricing hasn’t been announced yet, and the company hasn’t shared whether the S6 FollowMe will launch in Europe or other regions. For now, it looks like a flexible new option for buyers searching for a portable 4K smart TV with a built-in battery, touch support, and video-calling features.
