Rune Factory Guardians of Azuma

Guardians of Azuma: Epic Adventure Set for Spring 2025 Release

Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma has unveiled a new trailer, giving fans a glimpse of the gameplay. Previously known as “Project Dragon,” this title is set to feature familiar mechanics from the Rune Factory series, including farming, romance, and town festivals.

In a departure from previous games, the two protagonists, Subaru and Kaguya, will interact with runes through dance instead of traditional farming methods. This represents a fresh take on the series.

The game, scheduled for release in Spring 2025 on PC and Nintendo Switch, is not considered the sixth main installment of the Rune Factory series. Instead, it serves as a bold re-imagining, exploring new facets of the game’s universe and expanding the franchise with unique spin-offs like the recently released Silent Hope.

Expect to immerse yourself in a new region, reviving the land and its gods with the powers of an Earth Dancer, while enjoying the beloved elements of farming, festivities, and romance.
