Now, GPD has revealed the full specifications and official benchmark results for the Win 5. The device will be available with a powerful configuration: up to an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 APU, a whopping 128 GB of LPDDR5x 8000 RAM, and an expansive 4 TB of PCIe 4.0 x4 storage. Impressively, the Win 5 manages to harness up to 120 W from its processor. Interestingly, GPD has chosen to match the Radeon 8060S iGPU against mobile versions of the GeForce RTX 4060 and GeForce RTX 5050 with a comparison set at 55 W.
Beyond its robust internals, the Win 5 is strikingly compact, especially when compared to the Steam Deck. Despite housing a more powerful processor and a 7-inch display, it remains lightweight at 915 grams with its 80 Wh battery included.
