Asus ProArt PZ14 launches globally as a powerful Surface Pro 12 alternative
Asus has introduced the ProArt PZ14 to global markets, positioning its new 2-in-1 device as a serious rival to the Surface Pro 12. Designed for creators, professionals, and users who want a premium Windows tablet experience, the ProArt PZ14 combines a high-refresh OLED display, Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon hardware, and a larger battery than Microsoft’s compact Surface model.
One of the standout features is its 144 Hz OLED display. This should make scrolling, sketching, video editing, and general navigation feel smoother and more responsive. For creative users, the OLED panel is especially appealing thanks to its deep contrast, vibrant colors, and strong visual clarity, making the ProArt PZ14 a compelling option for digital art, media work, and entertainment.

Pricing reflects its premium positioning. In the United States, the Asus ProArt PZ14 is listed at $2,499. In Canada, it starts at CAD 2,899. European pricing includes €2,759 in Ireland and £2,299 in the United Kingdom.
At launch, most regions appear to receive the ProArt PZ14 with 16 GB of RAM as the standard and only configuration. Canada is the exception, where Asus is also offering a 32 GB RAM option. That higher-memory version comes with an added cost of CAD 500, which is roughly $355.
